Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Inspired Living at Sun City Center. As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care services to residents in accordance with their individualized service plans, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and address any concerns or issues.
  • Participate in meal service, including serving, clearing, and cleaning the dining area, maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Document resident care and services provided, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and a positive work culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed to support the delivery of exceptional care and services.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a caregiving role or similar function.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
  • CNA or HHA certification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.
