Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our account maintenance processes, while also promoting the benefits of MCU's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Process account maintenance requests, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze member data to identify opportunities for financial improvement and offer relevant product recommendations.
- Cross-sell and upsell MCU's products and services, leveraging your knowledge of our offerings to drive sales growth.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards and MCU policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch goals and objectives, demonstrating teamwork and effective communication skills.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial institution setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
