The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in observability and monitoring, with a strong background in DataDog configuration, customization, and optimization. Experience with ServiceNow is required, while PagerDuty experience is highly valued.
- Prior experience working in 24x7 operations involving multiple technologies and locations.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and driving quality improvement initiatives using tools like 6 Sigma, Kaizen, and Kanban.
- Familiarity with PCI requirements and security best practices.
As a key member of our team, you will demonstrate leadership on cross-functional business initiatives, aligning with senior management and building consensus through effective negotiation and diplomacy.
