Artistic Craftsman

We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team at Moorhouse Coating Inc. This role involves preparing surfaces for painting, applying paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. You will also mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes, follow established safety protocols, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed expectations.

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed expectations

• 3+ years of professional painting experience in residential and/or commercial settings
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, adapting to different project needs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• A competitive salary based on experience, estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year
