Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain APIs using IBM API Connect
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and SOAP-based web services

Requirements

  • Proven experience with IBM API Connect or similar API management tools
  • Strong experience in API design, development, and deployment
  • Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs, microservices architecture, and web services
  • Experience with API security standards (OAuth, OpenID, etc.)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git
  • Certification in IBM API Connect is a plus
