Your expertise in heavy civil construction methods, bridge and highway experience, materials, and safety standards will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and construction crews.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Keep detailed records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and other documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members to foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the Civil/Heavy construction field.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, bridge and highway experience, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • OSHA certification and other relevant qualifications are a plus.
