This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including the acquisition of medical documentation, police reports, and the overall management of personal injury cases from inception to resolution. The selected individual will also be responsible for addressing liens and negotiating reductions prior to case finalization.

The right candidate will be meticulous, thorough, driven, personable, and self-directed. We offer numerous opportunities for advancement within our firm, with no limitations on your potential.

Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $17 to $22, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating client connections with medical facilities
  • Collecting and organizing all medical bills and records
  • Monitoring the progress of personal injury clients throughout their treatment
  • Rescheduling clients following missed appointments
  • Providing clients with updates regarding their cases
  • Finalizing reduction amounts
  • Engaging with clinic representatives
  • Preparing settlement ledgers
  • Resolving any issues related to clinics
  • Tracking case-related expenses (including invoices for bills and records, advancements, etc.)
  • Conducting lien checks on Lexis and/or County websites
  • Managing HIPAA Authorizations
  • Advocating for the acceptance of liability in personal injury cases when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
