- Flexible scheduling with negotiable hours and 1 24-hour shift within a 28-day cycle.
- Average daily patient volume includes 3-4 normal nursery cases, 3-4 NICU cases, and up to 8 pediatric patients.
- Involvement in teaching responsibilities for residents and medical students.
- Competitive salary with a sign-on bonus of $100,000.
