Job Overview

Anistar Technologies is seeking a skilled Security Service Technician to install and service access control, CCTV, and surveillance systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with IP based systems, voice/data cabling, and certifications in Lenel, S2, Genetec, and/or Axis.

Responsibilities:

  • Service: Provide professional service for access control, CCTV, and motion/intrusion/alarm systems, including training and explaining solutions to partners.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues on partner systems and provide accurate diagnostic reports to the service coordinator.
  • Programming: Ensure partner systems are programmed to the highest standard and organized to work well for the client.
  • Perform service/installation of various security management solutions, including access control, intrusion alarm, closed circuit television systems, and other security-related systems.
  • Coordinate with administration and other trades to complete projects/work orders efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to read technical documents, drawings, and prints.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to think on their feet in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.
  • Experience with voice/data cabling and IP based systems.
  • Certifications in Lenel, S2, Genetec, and/or Axis.
