NORTH STREET POWER SPORTS CORP is seeking a highly motivated professional to lead our Old Forge store as a Power Sports Retail Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of power sports equipment, parts, and accessories.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure customers receive top-notch service, including product information, recommendations, and support.
  • Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including parts and merchandise.
  • Oversee Sales: Manage in-person and online sales, including sales forecasting and analysis.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Requirements
  • Management Experience: 2 years of management experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience in the power sports and/or outdoor power equipment industries.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Proven sales and customer service skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, including experience with social media and sales software.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
