Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, including health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic health problems.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order laboratory studies and radiographs as necessary.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication management and education.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a specialty relevant to the position.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
