Providence is inviting current nursing students and recent graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program at Providence Newberg Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors, mentors, and clinical educators.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience guided by experienced preceptors.
- Develop skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Certification in area of specialty is preferred upon hire, unless otherwise indicated.
