We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Port Jeff Station School District. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to students and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized nursing care to students with diverse needs and health conditions.
  • Administer medications and other personalized interventions as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct physical exams and health histories to identify potential health risks and develop care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Document patient care and progress in our electronic medical record system.
  • Participate in health education and promotion activities to support students and staff.
Requirements:
  • NYS LPN License + Registration
  • BLS Card
  • 1 year of pediatric nursing experience required
