Physical Therapist Assistant

This position is responsible for assisting Physical Therapists in patient treatment and performing assigned procedures as delegated by the Physical Therapist. Performance is evaluated through written reports and documentation from the Physical Therapist.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Physical Therapists in patient treatment and perform assigned procedures as delegated.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or a graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy Assistance who is eligible for licensure.
- Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position.
- 1 year experience in an acute care facility or a graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy Assistance who is eligible for licensure.
