LSS Analyst

At Motiva, we're committed to excellence and strive to make a positive impact on our employees' lives. As a Loading Support Services (LSS) Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Distribution terminals, Outside Supply Points, Fuels Sales & Marketing, and Distribution business.

• Commission and decommission Outside Supply Point locations, ensuring seamless EDI and master data processes.
• Provide 24/7 support for Motiva Distribution terminals and Outside Supply Point terminals, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems efficiently.
• Monitor various systems, including TMS and TABS, to ensure timely data transmission and accurate communication.
• Support internal customers, analyzing issues and providing guidance to ensure business continuity.
• Prioritize problems and respond accordingly, utilizing troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
• Offer advice and guidance to users on terminal operations, business processes, and system-related questions.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to work shift work, with a high level of organizational skills and ability to manage cross-department teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage varying priorities, delivering results through others.
