Your efforts will significantly improve the accuracy and productivity of color processes across diverse sectors. This role allows for a flexible work environment with considerable travel across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Deploy and provide training on Datacolor systems, including color matching and quality control software at client locations.
  • Offer support via phone, email, and online platforms, assisting in resolving color-related challenges at customer sites.
  • Support the sales team by showcasing our software solutions to prospective clients and aiding them in achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Help organize color seminars, customer training sessions, webinars, and eventually present to larger audiences.
  • Act as a conduit between the color lab and clients as necessary (define and submit SOW documents, follow up to ensure project timelines, communicate progress, and address any concerns).
Qualifications:
  • 2-6 years of industry experience in color management (a relevant degree in Textile, Paint, Plastic, or Printing will be considered alongside work experience).
  • Proficient in Windows software, with a solid understanding of PC operations (Microsoft Office, Windows).
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred (equivalent industry experience will be taken into account).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time (this may vary, with some travel required during personal time).
  • A collaborative team player capable of working independently.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • A six-month trial period to meet Application Specialist requirements.
  • Familiarity with Color Matching systems and Color Quality Control Systems (Datacolor preferred).
  • Experience in the Paint industry is preferred, along with knowledge in Plastic or Ink sectors.
Location:

Remote position with extensive travel throughout North America.
