The estimated annual salary for this position is between $94,923.20 and $128,313.60 based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly wage of $45.46 to $61.37.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Division Director to lead our LPG (Lee Physician Group) division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting and collaborating with the System Director of Practice Operations to drive overall leadership for the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall functioning of practices within the division, including management of ambulatory office managers, with a focus on business and clinical operations, finance, revenue cycle, human resources, governance, organizational dynamics, planning, marketing, information systems, and risk management.
  • Manage the patient experience at assigned departments within the division and work closely with the division dyad partners to resolve issues within the division.
  • Partner with practice providers and ambulatory office managers and directors to optimize the delivery of patient care.
  • Support the creation of operational plans, budgets, and tactics for practices in the assigned division.
  • Implement strategies for successful operations and growth as part of the senior Lee Physician Group leadership team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of eight years of progressive practice management experience within a healthcare system.
  • Knowledge of ambulatory care delivery systems and clinic operations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations effectively.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to express opinions openly and honestly and provide feedback in a timely and productive manner.
  • Strong budget, financial, and statistical analysis skills and the ability to interpret information to staff and providers.
