Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Tech in Surgery - Certified (CST-NCCT) by the National Center Competency Testing (NCCT)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
