We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Associate to join our team at The Addison of Moorehead Place. As a Care Associate, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Follow resident care plans and schedules to ensure timely and effective care.
- Document resident care and daily activities in our electronic medical record system.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in gerontology and care provision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- At least one year of experience working in senior care, preferably in an assisted living environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems a plus.
