Job Details
">You'll work between 3.5 to 6 hours per week, with Saturday availability being essential. Additional hours during the week may be required for online administrative tasks such as coach evaluations, Slack communications, lesson material reviews, training, and monthly coach meetings, which will take around 2-3 hours per month.
">Compensation
">Start strong with a competitive hourly salary of $18-$19 for entry-level coaches. Administrative and off-field tasks are compensated at $15/hour.

- Age: 18 years or older and graduated from high school.">
- Passion: Love teaching soccer and working with young children.">
- Commitment: A minimum of a 4-month consecutive commitment on Saturdays (with occasional Sundays for make-up classes).">
- Leadership: Capable of leading classes independently if necessary.">
- Team Spirit: Be a team player and ambassador for Tiny Troops Soccer.">
- Communication: Timely and professional communication with the administrative team and parents.">
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the field's location.">
Physical Requirements
">The candidate must demonstrate the physical capabilities of staying active, remaining upright, reaching, squatting, kneeling, running, and moving dynamically during coaching sessions. Additionally, they must be able to independently rise from a seated position to engage effectively in childcare activities.
