The IOP/PHP Clinician is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting social assessments, and developing treatment plans. This role involves leading primary treatment modalities, group and family therapies, and collaborating with the Social Services department.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct group and family therapy sessions to promote patient progress and well-being
- Collaborate with the Social Services department to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in the development of program policies and procedures
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in an acute behavioral health setting
- Documented training related to the primary population served within the past year
