Speech Language Pathologist PRN Position

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Speech Language Pathologist with CommuniCare Family of Companies, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to their rehabilitation and recovery.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Conduct patient assessments and screenings to identify areas of need.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing speech therapy services.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match.
