Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at Riverside Healthcare. As a key member of our patient access team, you will be responsible for registering patients, collecting and processing specimens, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately collect and analyze demographic, insurance, and clinical data
  • Perform phlebotomy, EKG tracings, and process drop-off specimens
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Assist with training and education of new personnel
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Computer literacy and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
