Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a behavioral health setting, utilizing critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to make sound clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Coordinator and Nursing Unit Director to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in behavioral health nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Valid licensure in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse (RN) or multi-state/compact RN license (Minimum)
- 1.5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a direct bedside patient care setting, with experience in a behavioral health facility (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Handle with Care Certification or CPI within 90 days of hire (Preferred)
- ACLS certification (Preferred)
