About the Role:

About the Position:
This full-time position is part of our Financial Stability Program, which has achieved remarkable outcomes for individuals and families. In 2023, 82% of participating families were managing their finances effectively, with 80% reducing their debt and 91% demonstrating positive financial behavior. As a Family Resources Coach Specialist, you will work closely with departments across LSSI to coordinate resources and services. Your primary responsibilities will include determining eligibility for financial assistance, providing direct case management services, and identifying client-specific goals and needed skill building.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide strength-based education and support to help clients achieve long-term financial behavioral change, financial security, and economic self-sufficiency through community and office-based navigation services.
* Offer navigation through financial literacy assessment and coaching, direct financial assistance, and resource and referral information to clients across LSSI services.
* Serve as a client advocate and respect all agency and program confidentiality policies.
* Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive services and ensure seamless transitions for clients.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or related field required.
* Two or more years of case management experience and/or experience in social work, preferably in financial education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well with diverse personalities from various socio-economic backgrounds.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
