Team Rehabilitation is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in the United States. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $78,000 to $90,000 per year, as well as benefits such as a free medical plan, monthly bonuses, and a 401(k) match. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development, including continuing education events and reimbursement for training and student loans.
As a Physical Therapist with Team Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, and treating patients with a variety of conditions. You will also have the opportunity to participate in research studies and contribute to the development of protocols for common diagnoses.

Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist with Team Rehabilitation, your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating new patients and developing plans of care
- Treating patients with a variety of conditions
- Supervising aides and ensuring the proper setup and cleanup of modalities
- Re-evaluating patient progress and revising plans of care as needed
- Determining when to discharge patients
- Writing timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes
- Achieving a reasonable level of productivity, which may vary depending on the number of referrals and the type of patients presenting
- Participating in research studies and contributing to the development of protocols for common diagnoses
- Continuing to develop your skills and knowledge through continuing education events and approved courses
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapy License
- Commitment to Team Rehabilitation's initiative of making diversity, equity, and inclusion a priority
