The Front Desk Monitor plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position is responsible for managing the front entrance, answering phone calls, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality reception services to all visitors, callers, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with the Administrative Support team and Community Manager to maintain an organized reception area.
  • Assess incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Welcome visitors and homeowners, addressing their immediate needs.
  • Oversee deliveries and pickups to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in organizing and supervising community events and activities.
  • Submit maintenance requests for any equipment or facility issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the reception area and other assigned spaces.
  • Provide supervision and engaging activities in the Kids Zone for children aged 6 months and older.
  • Support the Lifestyle Director in planning and executing special events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a workstation and use a computer.
  • Mobility to walk throughout the facility as needed.
  • Capability to set up and dismantle furniture for events.
  • Physical tasks may include lifting and moving objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of experience in a receptionist, administrative support, or customer service role.
  • Experience working with children is advantageous.
