Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Next Move Healthcare. In this role, you will perform a variety of radiographic procedures in accordance with departmental policies, exercising judgment and precision. The ideal candidate will have experience in surgery cases and pain management, with the ability to provide on-call support when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct radiographic procedures and exams, applying ionizing radiation as needed for diagnostic purposes
  • Independently conduct technical exams, ensuring patient safety and adhering to all regulatory standards
  • Assist with surgery cases and pain management procedures as required
  • Provide clear communication with patients, ensuring they understand the procedures and feel at ease
  • Maintain and ensure the proper function of radiology equipment
  • Supervise and mentor students, providing guidance and oversight during clinical rotations
  • Participate in on-call duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a JRCERT-approved formal program in Radiologic Technology required
  • Current certification as an American Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT) required
  • CPR certification required
  • Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills to convey medical terms and radiological instructions effectively
  • Experience with surgery cases and pain management preferred
