Primary Responsibilities:


• Oversee and uphold Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Programs, making informed decisions regarding spare parts inventory and procurement to guarantee equipment dependability.


• Train, develop, and organize maintenance staff to ensure optimal performance.


• Drive outcomes to achieve or surpass maintenance KPI targets, while analyzing root causes of issues and planning proactive maintenance initiatives.


• Collaborate with management and production teams on equipment design and configuration to maximize production efficiency.


• Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities performed.


• Ensure compliance with all environmental protocols, including spill response and stormwater management.

Qualifications:


• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance.


• Supervisory experience is advantageous.


• Proficient in Predictive and Preventive maintenance practices.


• Familiarity with CMMS systems is required.


• Strong electrical and mechanical skills, including knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.


• Willingness to work flexible hours.


• Must possess personal tools.


• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
