Job Summary:

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Federal Plaza financial center in Rockville, MD. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Universal Banker. As a key member of our Financial Center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, inbound contact center calls, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
Utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship-building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
Identify consumer and small business lending opportunities and partner with centralized lending group to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 or more years of customer service or sales experience.
