Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee floor maintenance, performing various tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets across all facility areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and countertops.
  • Conduct dusting, spraying, and wiping down surfaces as required.
  • Manage waste removal in office and non-production zones.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of restrooms.
  • Clean windows in meeting rooms and executive offices.
  • Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furnishings as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn on the job; prior experience in maintenance is advantageous.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
