Job DetailsOur ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control role within the construction industry, along with a valid ACI Certification. They should have proven experience with lab testing, field Grade level 1, polymer, wash, and chemical, as well as a solid understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all quality control activities on-site, ensuring that all construction activities comply with quality standards and examining the functionality of work performed. They will conduct regular inspections and tests, identify any faults or issues, and initiate corrective actions.
In addition to their technical expertise, our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team and make decisive decisions when necessary. They should also be proficient in using computer software and applications relevant to the job.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including full benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k Match, PTO/Sick Pay, and Life Insurance.
