About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing nursing activities, workflow, and resources within assigned units. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting hiring, training, and evaluating staff, identifying and resolving issues affecting patient care services, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services.
This role also involves monitoring and adhering to budget guidelines, approving or monitoring expenditures, purchases, and other actions to ensure compliance. Additionally, the incumbent will work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner, performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Two years' registered nurse experience, with demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility OR one year of registered nurse experience plus one year of relevant leadership experience
