Telecommunications Crew Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Crew Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining underground telecommunications cabling, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling
- Direct and coordinate crew members in the correct placement and repair of underground telecommunications cable
- Ensure employees meet all safety, quality, and production goals
- Operate diesel or gasoline powered equipment to/from/on jobsites
- Locate underground cable and perform general construction work
- Inspect trucks/equipment for defects and maintain daily production sheets and OSHA logs
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Prior experience in the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry (3+ years preferred)
- Valid driver's license (CDL Preferred)
- Able to operate various types of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools
- Capable of reading prints and interpreting utility maps
- Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
