Home Health Care Recruiter

The Client Services Coordinator is a key role at Aveanna Healthcare, responsible for hiring qualified caregivers that meet patient needs while also being a good fit for the company. This position requires searching for, interviewing, researching, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of new staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Search for and recruit qualified caregivers through various channels, including online job boards and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for the company and the patient.
- Develop and implement improvements to the recruitment process to ensure a steady and sufficient staffing level.
- Work with branch location staff to determine staffing needs and develop schedules.
- Collaborate with Clinical Managers/Supervisors to address employee call-outs, tardiness, and other personnel issues.
- Build strong relationships with families, staff, and referral sources.
- Participate in the QI process and communicate staffing needs to the Director and/or Sourcing Partner.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or two years of experience in recruiting or scheduling.
- Ability to work after hours on-call schedule.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- One or two years of pediatric/neonatal experience.
- One year of home care experience.
- Bilingual.
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of 25 pounds.
- Prolonged sitting, walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting.
- Performs duties in an office environment with occasional field visits during agency operating hours.
- Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions.
