About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rheumatology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Dartmouth Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including clinics and hospitals.
  • Assess and manage the health care needs and issues within the specialty area, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on relevant findings, including prescribing medications and treatments.
  • Initiate referrals to other providers as necessary and provide consultation to patients.
  • Complete appropriate documentation and provide patient and family-centered care.
  • Assume responsibility to maintain current licensure as an APRN or PA and DEA registration.
  • Attend continuing education programs to ensure ongoing professional growth and development.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program.
  • National specialty certification as FNP, WHNP, PNP, ANP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRN only).
  • Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH.
  • Eligible for Federal DEA Registration.
  • BLS certification.
