Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Telephonic Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you'll play a critical role in educating prospective patients and families about our unique healthcare model and assisting with enrollment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage prospective patients and families
  • Educate individuals about the benefits of Nest Health's in-home and virtual care model
  • Navigate objections and provide personalized solutions to meet the needs of our clients
  • Accurately document all interactions in the CRM (Salesforce or other telephony system)
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, engagement rate, and enrollment conversions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a telephonic outreach, sales, customer service, or healthcare role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and telephony software
  • Basic understanding of healthcare services, patient engagement, and care coordination
