Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Santa Ana Star Casino. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our hotel's financial records, while also providing exceptional guest service.

• Accurately process hotel reservations, assignments, and guest requests
• Complete nightly audit reports, processes, and management reports
• Act as the Manager on Duty for the Hotel and assume responsibilities accordingly
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner

• Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) is required, V1 experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, motivational, and leadership qualities
• A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission key gaming license

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
• Proven ability to provide outstanding guest service
• Proven ability to handle conflict situations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
