Job Title: AppleCare AMR-ALAC Channel Programs Manager

About the Role

This is a dynamic project management role that requires strong leadership and collaboration skills. As a Channel Programs Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects and programs that support Apple's service channel, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of service content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans and business requirements documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead projects and drive execution
  • Communicate daily with stakeholders and drive projects forward
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and conduct post-mortems to incorporate lessons learned
  • Measure project success and track key performance indicators
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of project management or program management experience in fast-paced, logistics-focused businesses
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with intuition on what to communicate and when
  • Ability to build effective relationships and drive execution across groups
  • Decision-making skills, with the ability to make timely decisions with incomplete information
  • Informal leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
