Job Overview:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups to address specific speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
- Monitor and document students' progress towards meeting therapy goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
About the Position:
- This is a 1099 position with guaranteed weekly hours.
- The hourly rate is $40-$50 per hour, consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods.
- School hours provide a stable work schedule.
- Clinical and technical teams are available to support teletherapy efforts.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current Indiana Teaching Certification required.
- Indiana SLP license required.
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A fast and reliable computer and internet connection are necessary for this role.
