Job Title: Postdoctoral Fellow

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team at the University of Texas at Austin. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a new R01 research project, leading the coordination of the project and supervising paid and volunteer research assistants.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate research project
  • Supervise paid and volunteer research assistants
  • Contribute to scientific manuscripts and prepare reports for NIH/IRB
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • PhD in Clinical Psychology or related field received no more than three years prior to start date
  • Familiarity with statistical software, R
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with eye tracking and/or cognitive bias modification research
  • Experience with PsychoPy or similar software
  • Experience with diagnostic assessment, particularly with the assessment of depression and related disorders
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $70,000-$75,000
  • Opportunity to work on a new R01 research project
  • Chance to renew on a yearly basis based on performance and/or continuation of grant funding
