About the Role:
This role is responsible for providing administrative oversight of patient care provided in the facility, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered in accordance with Essentia Health's policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, delegating tasks to other nursing personnel as needed.
In this role, you will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health, adhering to regulatory and accrediting agency requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years acute care RN experience
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field obtained within 3 years from hire date
- Nursing license in the appropriate state of employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required or ability to obtain within 1 month
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position with a rotating shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
