Job Summary:

The Server/Dietary Aide is a vital member of our Nutrition & Culinary team, responsible for creating a high-quality dining experience for our customers. This role involves assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service, ensuring consistency with regulations and established policies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with meal preparation, including food handling and presentation
  • Prepare the dining room for meal service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the Nutrition & Culinary team to ensure seamless meal service
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays
  • Demonstrated compatibility with Presbyterian Homes & Services' mission and operating philosophies
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
