The ideal candidate should possess formal training, significant experience, and a true enthusiasm for the field of aesthetics. Outstanding customer service and sales abilities are essential, alongside the capacity to educate and guide clients towards achieving their aesthetic goals.
Required Experience:
- Experience with neurotoxin and filler injections: 2+ years (Mandatory)
- Background in Cosmetic/Aesthetic nursing: 2+ years (Mandatory)
Customer Service Excellence
- Consistently uphold high standards of customer service, leading by example to ensure exceptional experiences for all clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of aesthetic patients to provide personalized recommendations for fillers, neurotoxins, and skincare services. Address any questions, instill confidence as a knowledgeable advisor, and develop customized plans to assist clients in achieving their desired appearance and wellness objectives.
- Stay informed about all KW-4ever Young services and products to deliver knowledgeable recommendations and administer treatments with professionalism.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations. Maintain patient safety, keep accurate records, and contribute positively to the team environment.
Sales Knowledge
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of KW-4ever Young membership programs and promotions to recommend appropriate options that align with patient needs and aspirations.
Operational Responsibilities
- Follow KW-4ever Young protocols for daily operations and collaborate closely with the medical team to manage inventory efficiently.
- Address issues promptly, prioritize safety and compliance, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
