Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Soliant.

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a district-wide elementary caseload.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with students with behavioral issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral therapy services to elementary students with behavioral issues
  • Maintain Registered Behavior Technician certifications
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement behavioral plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavioral interventions
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavioral strategies

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst License
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
