As a Financial Sales Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving sales efforts and associate performance in a branch location, while overseeing branch operations with the support of an operations specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship results relative to assigned metrics and goals.
  • Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach, representing the Bank in the community to generate additional business and identify potential CRA opportunities.
  • Manage performance and personnel functions for a team, ensuring operational soundness while executing on a plan to deliver results that create value for customers and meet financial expectations.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues, initiating conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities.
  • Comply with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions, and financial exposures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, lending, or financial services, including supervisory experience.
  • Or, high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, customer service, lending, or financial services, including supervisory experience.
  • Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act.
  • Preferred qualifications include understanding of retail banking products and services, ability to network and build centers of influence, and business development skills.
