We're seeking a talented Principal Prototype User Experience Designer to join our team in the Fort Meade, MD area. As part of our highly visible and fast-paced prime contract, you'll have the opportunity to work on complex projects that require collaboration, creativity, and technical expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for applications that drive customer mission.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams, operations, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work with other UX designers to reinvent important applications and redefine how users work.
  • Ensure the aesthetic quality of applications is matched by their ease of use.
  • Develop front-end solutions using current technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML in support of new applications.
  • Drive the vision of applications from concept to completion.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Degree in Design or Computer Science (CS) related field.
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Strong JavaScript, CSS, HTML skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Agile Development environment.
  • Experience with UI frameworks (Vue, D3 preferred).

Additional Skills:

  • Experience in Java, analytic development would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Docker.
  • Experience with government unclassified AWS development.
  • Experience with Gitlab.
  • Familiarity with 508 compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
