Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medication Assistant to join our team at Creve Coeur Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain, order, and assist residents with medication needs
* Transcribe and document in the Medication Assistance Record
* Assist residents in AL and potentially Memory Care with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, first aid, wound care, and communication with outside health care professionals as necessary
* Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining
* Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner

Requirements:

* Certified Medication Assistant certification
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
