Job Responsibilities
  • Drive local and regional routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of Amazon loads
  • Haul Amazon loads, primarily no-touch freight, using drop and hook methods
  • Maintain detailed logs of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Verify loads for accuracy
  • Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspection reports
  • Use app-based technology to track, log, and maintain loads and hours
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes
  • Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
  • Must successfully pass DOT physical
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public
  • No current CDL suspension or revocation
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications such as GPS
