Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with state and federal guidelines, as well as facility policies.
  • Supervise CNAs and ensure they are meeting patient care standards.
  • Administer medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct wound and treatment care procedures.
  • Review patient care plans and address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
